By utilizing advanced technology like smart badges and Kwant sensors, the project aimed to analyze and improve productivity dynamics in a construction site environment.

Focusing on tasks related to the building envelope, the study carefully tracked workforce progress, identifying patterns and anomalies. The analysis showed that the number of hours spent on IoT was in line with industry standards, but there were differences in productivity based on location.
