We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join us in this mission, with a focus on strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships. Together with other members of the executive team, you will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening operations. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams. This is a complex sales process involving traditional industry and processes; construction managers, innovation leaders, safety managers and field operations managers who deeply understand the value and challenge of their unique work.

  6. Participate in contract negotiations and provide strategic inputs on pricing
  7. Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth

About you:

  1. You've grown a company's ARR significantly, and set the GTM function up to continue to scale past $20M+
  2. You’ve led teams selling to enterprise customers with large contract values and complex sales cycles
  3. Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong and extensive leadership experience, including a successful track record of hiring and recruiting rapidly-growing GTM teams
  5. Successful startup experience, as well as experience at a SaaS company
  6. You love to collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
  7. Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 8+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  2. Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
  3. Significant experience in building financial models primarily around sales team and P&L
  4. Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
  5. History of decision-making based on customer metrics
  6. Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Strong technical experience with Salesforces, HubSpot, Zoominfo or similar sales and CRM tools
  2. MBA—or equivalent advanced degree
  3. Experienced in construction, internet of things, manufacturing, real estate or industrial market
