About Kwant
At Kwant.AI, we are making construction and industrial job sites as predictable as shop floors, using IoT, real-time passive data, and predictive analytics.

Our solution is a smart badge/wearable for construction, mining, and critical infrastructure where the tradesperson is monitored and tracked from the moment they enter the trade site. Using LPWAN and BLE, our smart badge and/or wristband understands within 10 feet of accuracy where the worker is located in order to measure whether the crew is working on the scheduled activity and how many hours were spent on each task. Our Smart Badges contain accelerometers and SOS buttons to call for help which sends a real time message to the safety team and reduces response time.

In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Kwant’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling. This position’s primary function is new account acquisition, where you’ll grow revenue with an emphasis on product sales to new construction accounts ( GCs, Subs, and Owners)

  1. Timely follow up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing
  2. Networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up through emails, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements
  3. Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Hubspot.com
  4. Win repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of your customers
  5. You’ll represent our brand and move our mission forward with the responsibility of connecting with construction and real estate partners and closing deals
  6. Assess revenue potential in the territory and build and execute on your territory strategy and account plan with accurately forecast sales pipeline to sales management
  7. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline (6x or greater of quota), including a smart balance of targets, prospects, and sales qualified leads: $800M Annual Quota with Ramp-up period: 2months
  8. Work with partners and ecosystem to extend the reach and drive the adoption of solutions
  9. Take a consultative approach to prospect requirements and present the best possible solutions with maintaining an aggressive sales approach
  10. Create and deliver effective sales presentations, Product Demo to articulate KwantAI’s compelling product and value proposition
  11. Develop and present hard-dollar ROI models to support the KwantAI business case
  12. Develop effective strategies for winning in a highly competitive and fast-growing industry
  13. Own and fully manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and all other types of prospect communications
  14. Leverage internal product management, operations, leadership, and engineering resources to solve prospect needs and issues in the spirit of true team selling
  15. Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively
