After gathering customer feedback and seeing how teams were using Bob, Kwant expanded Bob into a full feature module with a dedicated workspace, report history, Canvas Mode, and automated report scheduling.

With the new Bob, construction teams can:

- Ask questions about workforce and jobsite data

- Generate custom reports from natural-language prompts

- Edit reports using Canvas Mode

- View and access historical reports

- Schedule reports for automatic delivery

- Choose daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery

- Select PDF or other report formats

- Send reports to multiple team members

- Create recurring workforce reports for subcontractors and project teams

For example, a team can ask Bob for an actual-versus-budgeted worker report for specific companies, edit the report in Canvas Mode, and schedule it to automatically reach the right team members every day.

Teams are also using Bob to automatically send subcontractor headcount reports with worker names, check-in times, check-out times, and other workforce information.

Bob is also useful for one-off questions and edge cases that don't require building an entire dashboard. Ask a question, generate the report, make changes in Canvas Mode, and schedule it if you need the information regularly.
