As part of the transition from Kwant Classic to Kwant 2.0, Onboarding 2.0 brings worker onboarding into a centralized administration and configuration experience with more customization and a better experience for workers.

- Custom fields for collecting project-specific worker data

- QR-based worker IDs that can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

- Badge-less access using QR codes- Multilingual onboarding with AI-powered language translation

Onboarding 2.0 is designed to cover the worker journey from start to finish. Workers can submit documents, complete training and safety requirements, provide signatures, receive their QR-based ID, and prepare for site access in one connected flow.
