Currently in beta with select customers, FormIQ is designed to help construction teams work with the forms they already use, whether they're digital forms, PDFs, or handwritten documents.Instead of requiring crews to change how they complete safety documentation, FormIQ uses AI to analyze submitted forms and check them against defined requirements.

FormIQ can help identify:

- Missing information or required fields

- Hazards identified on safety forms

- Whether appropriate control measures are documented

- PPE requirements- Permit references and requirements

- Worker names and meeting attendees

- Required signatures

- Other project-specific compliance conditions

The system provides confidence scores, highlights potential issues, and identifies what may be missing so workers and supervisors can correct forms before work gets too far underway.

This can be especially valuable on large construction sites, data centers, and multi-story projects where hundreds of JHAs, PSAs, PTAs, permits, and other safety forms may be completed every day.
